Chest

Images of pleural effusion.

Breast

Images breast masses which have been documented by
physical exam or mammogram, and determines whether
they are solid or cystic.

Abdomen

Images of liver, gall bladder, intra- & extra-hepatic
biliary ductal system, pancreas and spleen.

Scrotum

Images scrotal sac contents; testicles, epididymis
and peritesticular vessels.

Retroperitoneal

Images of both kidneys and perirenal spaces, renal
 vessels and abdominal vessels, especially abdominal aorta,
 and retroperitoneal lymph nodes.

Pelvic (female)

Images of uterus, cervix, ovaries, adnexa, vagina, cul-de-sac,
and urinary bladder in various planes with measurements.

 Measurement of endometrial stripe.

 

 

Pelvic (male)

Images of urinary bladder, prostate and seminal vesicles.
Measurements of prostate and pre- and post- void bladder
measurements are taken.


Obstetrics

Images fetal anatomy including spine, cranial structures,
fetal heart, liver, stomach, urinary bladder, kidneys and
long bones.

Images maternal anatomy; status of cervical os.
Measurements include:

  • Gestational sac size
  • Crown rump length
  • Bi-parietal diameter
  • Occipital frontal diameter
  • Head and body circumference
  • Femur length
  • Fetal weight
  • Cervical length when indicated or requested
